Booking Terms & Conditions

Our Sessions

Sessions are term specific and must be used within the designated school term the student is enrolled for, as sessions cannot be carried over to future terms. 

We do not offer refunds for any 'unused' sessions within a term booking.  The number of purchased sessions are allocated with the initial Teams invites, and it is the responsibility of each student and family to identify any sessions that need to be moved due to other commitments.

Our Creating Students Mentoring Sessions are held on consecutive weeks, regardless of the length of the package purchased.

If you require a change of time at any stage during the term, we are happy to oblige where possible. Still, we require a minimum of 8 hours notice during the week, 12 hours notice over the weekend and 24 hours notice for a Public Holiday to offer a make-up session for cancellation or postponement. If appropriate notice is not given then these sessions are considered to be forfeited.  Notice for changes of time must be in writing via email to the Academic Mentor and cc’d to admin@creatingstudents.com.au.

Where your student is eligible for a 'make up' session they must actively engage

with their Academic Mentor to arrange this.  It is recommended this is completed as close to the original booking as possible to ensure the integrity of the week-by-week CS Program.  Any unused make-up sessions not used withing the term are forfeited.  As per our terms and conditions, there are no carry overs available from term to term.

 

Whilst we understand that from time to time things come up unexpectedly, when students don’t turn up to their booked and confirmed sessions, we still pay our Academic Mentors for their time. For this reason, we cannot offer more than one make-up during any term for non-attendance regardless of the circumstances.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due for payment within fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to pause any booked future sessions until payment is received.

Discounts and Loyalty Rewards

A 5% discount is offered to existing clients who confirm re-enrolment for the following term before the end of the previous term under our Early Bird Returning Student re-enrolment.

The date for the Early Bird/Returning Student discount is released specifically in correspondence and only available to those who re-enrol prior to the cut-off date.

A 5% Family discount will be offered to the second student of the same family enrolled within the same term.

Discounts are only offered on CS Programs (ATAR, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Primary Packages).  No discount is offered for Deep Dive Sessions at any time. 

Cancellation Policy

Individual Session Cancellations

Please be advised that we require a minimum of 8 hours notice during the week, 12 hours notice over the weekend, and 24 hours for a Public Holiday if you are requiring a cancellation or rescheduling of a session. Appointments rescheduled during this time will be processed without a penalty. Please submit your cancellation request or reschedule via email to your Academic Mentor and admin@creatingstudents.com.au.

Cancellations with less than 8 hours' notice during the week, 12 hours' notice over the weekend or 24 hours on a Public Holiday will be considered a forfeit of the session.

If Creating Students is required to cancel your appointment with less than 8 hours' notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. 

Program Cancellations

Programs are term specific and must be used within the designated school term the student is enrolled for, and sessions cannot be carried over to future terms. You are under no obligation to continue or repurchase for future terms, and we do not offer refunds for programs not completed within the enrolled term.
