Booking Terms & Conditions

Sessions are term specific and must be used within the designated school term. Sessions cannot be carried over to future terms.

A 5% discount is offered to existing clients who confirm re-enrolment for the following term prior to the end of the previous term.

A 5% Family discount will be offered to the second student of the same family enrolled within the same term.

If you require a change of time at any stage during the term, we are happy to oblige where possible but require a minimum of 8 hours notice in order to be able to offer a make-up session for cancellation or postponement. This notice must be in writing via email to both the Academic Mentor and cc’d to contact@creatingstudents.com.au

Payment Terms

Invoices are due for payment within 7 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to pause future sessions until payment is received.

Whilst we understand that from time to time things come up unexpectedly, when students don’t turn up to their booked and confirmed sessions we still pay our Academic Mentor’s for their time. For this reason we cannot offer more than 1 make-up during any term for non-attendance.

Deep Dives

Deep Dives purchased and not associated with a weekly Creating Students Program must be used in consecutive weeks – ie. 6 weeks in a row.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 6 hours before a scheduled appointment via email will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before an appointment may be subject to a forfeiting of the session.

If Creating Students cancels an appointment with less than 6 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
